Using (VR) Virtual Reality to Invoke an Emotional Response to Raise Awareness of Light Pollution

This is my University Honours Project that I developed with Unity in my 4th year of study within the Digital Media and Interaction Design course at Edinburgh Napier University.

The aim of the project was to raise awareness of light pollution by using Virtual Reality to invoke an emotional response. Data was collected as a part of this study that showed somewhat inconclusive results, however, the immersion and interaction was noted as being an important factor when developing an engaging VR experience.

This project graded over 70% and was awarded with a First-Class Honours.
